Our investment strategy
- Invest in assets with core+ to value-add risk profiles, which allow for the development and implementation of a business plan to improve the quality of the assets and deliver appropriate returns for our investors
- Operate in locations that we know culturally and have done extensive business in throughout our careers: DACH region, France, Spain, the Nordics and the UK
- Maintain and continuously develop C-suite relationships with operators and other stakeholders in our target markets to find off-market investment opportunities
- Develop a business plan for the life-cycle of the investment and thoroughly validate our plans and assumptions during the due diligence process
- Monitor, manage and report on the investment until we deliver the best-fit exit

- Create real estate strategy to help our operating partners to excel in the evolving landscape of healthcare and social services delivery
- Pursue brownfield and greenfield development and site densification opportunities to expand or enhance existing facilities
