He is an experienced financial professional having been a Managing Director at UBS Investment Banking, where he led the industrials group in London.

Hugo served as the Fund & Portfolio Manager for Europe at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, where he managed capital commitments of a global institutional investor, sourcing and executing investments across Europe and the UK.
Prior to his investment roles in Europe and Canada, Hugo was a corporate and insolvency lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. He advised clients on complex M&A transactions, corporate re-organizations and insolvencies, as well as shareholder rights campaigns with a focus on real estate. Additionally, Hugo has entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of Foodchain, a Canadian food and beverage business.
Throughout his multi-disciplinary career in investments, law and entrepreneurship across North America and Europe, Hugo has a proven track record of excellence and innovation, placing a strong emphasis on the development of and contribution to trusted stakeholder partnerships.

As the former European Head of Funds Management at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, Timothy designed the roadmap and led the transformation of the company from being a real estate investor into an asset management platform in Europe.
Formerly, Timothy was the Global Head of Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management and the European Head of UBS Asset Management, where he led the build-out of the investment management business and shaped the standard of a best-in-class asset manager. In these positions, Timothy demonstrated his strategic insight and management skills in navigating the complexities of the real estate and asset management landscape.
